What's coming up in 2022...
Already halfway through February(!) it feels like 2022 is speeding by already…
While I won’t go into the challenges we've all faced over the past couple of years, I truly hope your family, business and friends are entering 2022 in a much better place. For me, I’m proud that we’re at this point with stronger partnerships, colleagues and products.
I wanted to take 5 and share a snippet of what we have planned for 2022 for our clients, partners and the wider Judopay team.
Firstly and most importantly, our clients…
We’re launching additional features, as requested, for the products you’re already using as well as a few new ones to help drive more conversions, such as :
- Adding additional payment methods, to make sure you’re offering the best payment types for your own customers.
- Enhancing our transaction reporting, giving you more insight into your company’s data.
- Launch of our BETA group, giving merchants access to the latest paytech before it hits the wider market.
- Ongoing 3DS optimisations, while the UK SCA deadline is 14 March we’ll be continuing to optimise our product to ensure your customers’ experience is as friction-free as possible.
As always, we remain an agile team so our releases are very much guided by what you, our clients, need throughout the year - but we have a steady stream of releases planned and ready for 2022.
For our tech partners we’re evolving the way we work together. We have some platform launches to further support merchant onboarding and our Partnerships team are already making plans for getting back out on the road again.
And finally, my colleagues - as soon as the pandemic hit we saw an increase in demand for our Support & Tech teams. Whether that was new clients wanting to go mobile or existing clients looking for extra ways to bump up their revenue. This year we’re continuing our focus on adding more people to our “front-line” teams - those people you’re speaking to on a regular basis for technical or just general support.

Personally, I’m very much looking forward to seeing people face-to-face again - be that over a coffee, at one of our events or even at a conference.
