Mobo Innovations’ mission is to be the solutions provider of choice for clients seeking to enhance and control their operations through the use of innovative technology.
Their SaaS solutions include Mobo2Go, an online meal ordering platform that can be integrated into existing websites and apps. It’s used in restaurants, pubs, cafes, stadiums and much more, and is offered across table service, delivery and click & collect.
They also offer BrandMate, an innovative checklist management system designed to enhance procedures and boost productivity, serving up digital checklists, operational tasks and compliance duties.
The challenge.
Mobo Innovations were seeking a payment provider that could meet their specific needs. They needed a solution that was web-based and 3DS2 ready, with competitive transaction rates and a trusted track record.
It needed to support Apple Pay and Google Pay, a critical feature that their previous provider was unable to offer. With their core market being hospitality, they needed to be able to offer their customers quick and reliable payments.

Following a structure change within their previous payment provider, Jonathan and his team were forced to go through call centres for even the smallest of support requests, removing the personal service that they valued so much. Technical issues lasted longer than they should have, resulting in periods of significant downtime – up to 24 hours!
In addition to a fast and reliable system, their next provider needed to offer a personal touch. No call centres. No layers of escalation. Just someone to speak to.

After spending some time speaking to dozens of payment providers, Mobo2Go decided to integrate with Judopay.

In this case, a 3D-secure 2 platform that – by utilising our Web SDK to integrate with both Apple Pay and Google Pay – would stand the test of time and maximise the ease of customer payments without taking on additional PCI scope.

Since integrating with Judopay, Mobo2Go has been able to offer their customers a single payments solution that provides both them and their own customers a seamless and reliable experience.
We provided Mobo Innovations with a dedicated partnerships manager, who has been able to action quick turnarounds on support issues or the implementation of new functionalities and enhancements. We have also been able to onboard new customers within half the time of their previous provider.
