* At the time of writing we have a remote-first way of working. Unfortunately, our crystal ball isn’t quite good enough to see what the future holds, so whilst we are very open to applications from individuals outside of London, and we want to empower employees to work how and where they wish, we would ask candidates to be open to relocating for a more office based role, should this change in due course.
What happens after you apply? If there is no fit for now, we will add you to our secure ATS system and reach out when we post a new job. If we think we could find an opening for you now, we will reach out for an initial call. Our interview process follows five stages:
Phone screen with our HR and Talent Manager (30 mins): This stage is to make sure both sides feel there is a good fit, both personally and professionally, and to make sure the candidate really understands the role.
Hiring Manager interview (60 mins): This stage focuses on skills and experience and is a chance to make sure both sides feel there would be a fruitful working relationship.
Team stage interview (2+ hours): Here you will have a chance to speak to the team you would be working with, two other members of the wider company, and a member of the Senior Management team. Depending on the role and level, we may include some psychometric tests here as well.
Exercise / presentation: For some roles, there may be an exercise, or a presentation. Usually this is a time bound exercise; e.g. we send you the topic 48 hours before, and is presented to a mixed group of employees.
Offer stage. We aim to move to offer stage as soon as possible, and offer all candidates a feedback call on their performance throughout the process, whether they are successful or not.
