AlternativePayments Ltd t/a Judopay is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Baseline Year: 2023

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 83.96 tCO₂e by 2029. This is a reduction of 22.94%

Carbon Reduction Projects

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since we started calculating our carbon emissions in 2022 including our 2023 baseline.

Judopay has implemented the following:

1. Migration to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
2. Became a Carbon Neutral Business.
3. Office relocation.
4. Launch of Cycle to Work Scheme.

We also look to implement the following:

1. Creation and implementation of Judopay’s Green Procurement Policy.
2. Creation and implementation of Judopay’s Travel Policy.
3. Judopay to investigate, with a view to becoming, ISO 14001 certified.
